I’m a Learning Experience Designer based in Charlotte. I've been successfully developing entertainment, engaging, and lasting eLearning experiences for the past ten years. As an LX Designer, I support and accelerate people's construction of knowledge and skills. I have had a great them working with teams from the ideation stage to the launch stage. I have worked with educators, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to determine their main learning objectives. I build courses around principles and practices that expressly ensure that the learning journey is enjoyable, engaging, relevant, and informative.

Dream Chaser Kids is an on-demand learning platform where middle and high schoolers launch companies. Using a situational learning approach, this 16-week experience puts students at the center the design and the construction of their businesses.

My Journey to Maturity is an online learning platform where faith-based communities provide a guided learning experience to members, volunteers, and staff. Using the four stages of learning approach, the curriculum was developed to engage learners to progress through awareness, knowledge, skill, and mastery.
