Weeks 1-4: Observation

Using the Planted methodology to audit your neighborhood assets. We move from "I think" to "I know" regarding your community's actual needs.
Weeks 5-8: Experimentation
The Micro-Pilot
Designing one "ignition point" sermon using the More Than a Message architecture and launching a corresponding community service project.
Weeks 9-12: Evaluation
Sustain or Pivot
Analyzing the data. We determine what moved the needle and prepare a "Playbook" for your board to scale the impact for the next decade.
