Bridgework | Discernment & Strategy Review

Bridgework

A request for your read before I finalize how this is packaged.

Friends, I'm reaching out because you're doing the actual work of proving community impact to funders. I'm building a 12-week engagement for church-led CDCs called Bridgework — it turns the trust a congregation already has in its neighborhood into a dataset your grant committee can act on, instead of another narrative-only impact report.

Please Note:

The positioning, packaging, and pricing below are still being shaped based on conversations like this one. Two framings are under consideration: one for CDCs still building toward their first major development, one for CDCs already operating and reporting to funders on existing work. Your read on which one fits, if either, is exactly what I need.

The Vision

The 3-Minute Briefing.

A quick walk-through of what Bridgework produces and why. I'd love to know where it does, or doesn't, match how your CDC actually operates.

The Pitch Materials

The Materials.

The current pitch deck and one-pager, same content in two formats. Take whichever's faster for you.

The Cadence

What happens, when, and who's involved.

A short onboarding, then a 12-week sprint across four phases. Structure is set; exact scheduling flexes to your church calendar.

For Context

The Platforms Underneath

Bridgework runs on three platforms already in motion elsewhere. Click through if it's useful background while you review, not required reading.

Ready to put it to the test?

You don't need to review everything line by line. Three questions would give me exactly what I need:

1

Where's the friction, what part of this doesn't fit how your CDC actually operates?

2

Does this feel more useful to get you ready for your next major grant or development push, or to prove out and sustain funding for work you're already doing?

3

Looking at the Net Trust Score, Ministry Fit, and youth data, is this what would move a real funding decision for you, or would something else matter more?

Answer these on the call, in an email, or just reply to whatever got you here, whatever's easiest.
